Southwest Airlines announces new baggage policy

Guy goes to Southwest check-in with two bags and a reservation for Los Angeles. Tells the agent "I want one bag sent to Seattle and one bag to Phoenix". Agent sez "We can't do that sir". Guy sez "WHY NOT, YOU DID ON MY LAST TRIP".
