Biking the world's most dangerous road
A backpacker in Peru I met has been spending the last half year or so bumming through South America. He told many thrilling tales, but the one that really stood out being his biking trip down the world's most dangerous road, right outside La Paz, Bolivia.
In the Youtube video below, you'll see what appears to be a not-too-wide bike trail. In fact, buses and trucks routinely drive--and pass each other--on this so-called road. And you can share in the experience, though I highly recommend against riding in through on a bus.
Biking trips are routinely offered on the road, but be prepared to face rain, sleet, snow, mudslides, landslides, Yeti attacks, and oh death.

whats this most dangerous roads in the world this all is bullshit.tell this guy who wrote all this to go and visit india ,tell him to go to LEH FROM MANALI BY BIKE .then tell me which road is dangerous ,for ur kind information that oxygen level is so low there that some time people who r physically misfits fall unconscious ,vomits ,swear head aches are normal things.try to go to all the passes near LEH ,do go to khardungla pass highest motarable road in world its 18380 feet above sea level with almost zero percent greenery and low oxygen level.roads r so narrow that u got to reverse ur vehicle sometime on these hilly roads .hey u bolivia guy do visit leh india its -35c these days there .have fun

Remind me not to hire that photographer for any reason! When the story is about a road, I don't wish to view a group of bikers!

I-95 south to Miami is HELLS HIGHWAY ! Illegals,drug smugglers are the norm.If they cause a wreck they just keep going !

he could at least have shown teh dangerous part. The part he shows is like a 4 lane highway compared to other parts of the road. I urge youto find other videos of the insane parts of this raod

Their is no way I would ever ride on that trail, much less DRIVE.
