While I do agree that the security at airports is getting a bit much I think this is more like some just being a jackass than pulling a prank. Stop wasting the TSA's time by being a moron.

I am a former security guard who worked at Logan International Airport.
This guy broke security. He got a McGuffen through the Matrix. The McGuffen might have been anything, maybe something secureity is supposed to block. They allowed a devide with "batteries and wires" pass through. (Study the Boston Aquateen "Mooninite" fiasco.)
He broke security without weapons, accomplices or Arab money.

He has demonstrated the ineffectiveness, and perhaps also, implicitly, the racism of this "security" system. (had he been Arab, then what?...)
