The most underrated gay-friendly cities in the US
I came across this list recently and just couldn't not read it.
I just so happens that all my favorite American cities have a thriving gay culture. I wonder if it is because any city open to gays is just as open to foreigners, aka me.
According to this list by About.com, there might be hope for more American cities to bet on my "preferred" list. Some of them are surprising to say the least.
- Columbus, Ohio (picture from the Columbus Gay Pride)
- Albuquerque, New Mexico
- Providence, Rhode Island
- Salt Lake City, Utah
- Kansas City, Kansas
- Detroit, Michigan
- New Haven, Connecticut
- Fort Worth, Texas
- Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
- Sacramento, California

Kansas City is in MISSOURI. KC KS is a podunk town that is NOT GAY friendly. You lip writed, geographically challenged, dolt. Go buy a new handbag.

How is Fort Lauderdale not on this list?? It's only the top gay tourist destination in the Country...

If you actually read the headline...it's top "UNDERRATED" gay-friendly cities in the U.S. Fort Lauderdale would be one of those that the experts have already piped up about, so it wouldn't be on an overlooked list like this one.
