"The best flag in the whole wide world is the one from my own country durf durf durf"
Would you people shut the heck up already. What is the point of ranking flags if you guys cannot remain impartial and unbiased??? I'm American but face it, the USA flag may be well recognized but it has too many stars and stripes despite the historical significance of all of those things. They should has stopped at 13 stars to symbolize the original 13 states. Simplicity is best. Take 2 other USA designed flags like Cuba or Puerto Rico and you have yourself a simple and elegant design that looks beautiful when flown particularly Puerto Rico's flag because it is much brighter than Cuba's pale Blue and Red. Too much clutter and coat of arms on a flag are a big flat NO.
