How is an expat different from a "migrant worker"?

I don't know the actual comparisons between expat workers and migrants workers but still it sound like same differences to me. How about the free workers and slaves worker in this 21st century that all Asian migrant workers are facingin the hand of saudi employers as crime against humanity?

blog for supporting the cause of all Asian migrant workers who have
been exploiting day by day due to Saudi government weaker policy to
protect their rights and welfare. I have sending you two sites for
