As a former flight attendant, I can attest to the fact that the cabin service crew has about ten minutes to turn the plane around and reboard. I would find soiled seat cushions, trash (including dirty diapers) in the seat pockets and the plane only get's "cleaned" once a night. Before you sit down, I would suggest you investigate the area around you and notify a crew member asap if it's not up to par.
