The same thing happened to me with AT & T. The phone bill was over $4,000 when I signed onto the Internet with the wrong numbers. I couldn't for the life of me get any satisfaction. No one wanted to be sympathetic to the fact that I was new to this computer thing. So I had to pay it !!! I changed phone companies !! They are on my .... list !! I was a customer for over 40 years!!!!
