I agree. Are we really relieving drought and famine, if they have drought and famine every year? What these people really need is a stable bureaucracy and some practical laws and regulations. Instead of food and soldiers, we should send in the IRS and some good cops.

How many of you have actually been there in Africa so you know why you think what you think. The idea teach a man to fish and you feed him for life' is great but it takes money. If you substitute the theory of feeding them to teach them they will know longer eat in the present. organizations use there money to keep as many as possible alive everyday. If you'd like to donate extra that will pay for the research to teach millions on africans how to farm, I'm sure the organizations will be thankyou that finally they have enough sponsorship to progress in there plans and dreams of healing and changing the starving in Africa.
