sorry to break it to you jerry, but in the case of the soviet union, they were worse off with foreign influence. most ex soviets will tell you life was better with the old soviet union. same thing goes for China. what is China now with all this taiwan, hk, western influence? getting people to be more materialistic, greedy, selfish, criminal, less family oriented. as far as studying in korea goes. it would be great if it wasnt flooded with cia agents posing as students. one of the benefits of being in korea is to be ablet o discuss communism, and leftist ideas freely. when cia agents are thrown into the mix, that destroys it. as you can see with whatever leftist websites are out there.
