We need to remember that whatever pigeons, or any
other animal become, it happens because of the way
we live and treat the animals. We don't respect their
space or their 'reson d'tre' We bred pigeons and
trained them in the cities. (Some people still do)
We want everything to dance to our tune and fulfill our purpose, but when we are through with it, it becomes a pest. No! We are the pest.
However, I agree that feeding the birds is not necessarily in their best interest, but while we are at it, people need to keep their kids from throwing their garbage into the animal cages at the zoo. That's another annoying factor in our great scheme of scheduled activities. Generally, we just need to
stop and desist in doing a whole lot of things that
we do on this planet!!!
