Oh man,i am so hungry for GOOD ramen now,but i am in NYC right now..

And well ,if you want to know a GOOD place in Osaka,there is one in Nishi Umeda that every stand in line for for hours...
I try to go every time i go down that way .

And i do go to one place in shinjuku .
There is that average one every one goes to over by Club Indies and the music stores.. dun like that one alot..
This one is along the little alley, at the back entrance of studio alta ,at the east exit of the eki .
Its down a windy flight of stairs though .
Its not on street level ..
But the guy who runs it, does NOT like gaijin ,,at all,and its obvious .Hes rude, no matter how many times you go in there.. and order in japanese ..and are very polite..
But its the best place in the area ,so i endure his stead fast nastiness every time , just to have a bowl ..
And the place in Shibuya looks cool ..

There is a place in Kyoto I want to try .It sends the noodles down a stream of water that runs through the restraunt , to each table...
Pricey though .

And my fave Udon place is also in shinjuku ..
yuummmyyy.
god i am so homesick..

And i know what you mean about pho`,but i can still go back and forth .
Pho and spring rolls,to ramen and gyoza..
both make my damn day ..

But i learned how to make pho at home ,gyoza too,but i cannot do spring rolls or ramen .
go figure
