When we got a traffic ticket in Finland, we were told by the policeman that Finland was a socialist country and that we should be glad we were only having to pay 120Euros, because the same ticket would cost a rich man 22,000Euros and that people try very hard not to make any mistakes for fear of financial ruin. Yep my kind of country. Check out the Nokia execs 103,000 fine.
