cops always say they tasered, shot, arrested, tackled a person because they were "uncooperative" that's bull! you have the right to be uncooperative and ask questions when you feel your rights are being violated, when you feel you are being forced to do something you don't have to do, and then you can sue them with a usc 42, 1983 civil action for deprivation of rights
