China Bans Everything But the Act
Pretty soon Chinese citizens won't even be allowed to have sex, but until then, the Chinese government is banning everything sex-related. "Ooh" and "ahh" are being shushed on Chinese airways in a string of censorship outlawing everything from sexually provocative sounds and tantalizing language to "vulgar" advertisements for breast enhancements and female underwear. 1,466 advertisements worth 2 billion yuan ($246 million) in revenues have been removed from China's airways since August, the country's State Administration of Radio, Film and Television proudly reports.
SARFT urged the country's broadcasters to forgo vulgarity in the pursuit of "inspiring" content for the masses imbued with "socialist" values. I'm not sure what that might sound like, but I have a feeling it won't sell the way sex does.

Wow! Do they really think it will work? Sex is the one thing that the poor Chinese still have! They have no room because of overpopulation, they can't have more than one child, the government controls SO much of their existance.........Now, let's do away with sex! OMG!

Can you say "Shades of 1984"?????? Maybe this is one way to attempt to enforce population control. On the other hand, what they're going to have is a country full of angry, frustrated people who will end up in a nationwide riot of epic proportions. You can't outlaw human nature without some really startling negative effects. And I'm not referring to anything violent when I say "human nature." I'm talking about the natural biological inclinations to continue the human race that have existed since mankind has been on this earth.

An overthrow of the government would be the best thing for the world right now. That country has been spreading communism for years.

This country is so concerned about eliminating humanity within their nation. Nevertheless, most of their people opt to migrate where they overpopulate and dominate other territories. Let us hope that they focus on being "nicer" by making sure they offer quality Made in China products that won't harm the human race.

Yea!!! Bring that law to the United States. I think it would clean up our radio and television waves. Great idea.

They are not outlawing sex. They are outlawing the sex and obsenity commonly shown on TV, listened to on the radio, and the stuff you can't get away from on billboards and other advertisements. I agree with bringing that law to the U S. Getting the sex and sexual inferences off the airwaves and billboards might help reduce sex crimes. That is just common sense. Our government should be so courageous! In the U S making waves with media calls for tuck your tail and run tactics as far as the government is concerned. In large part because, like it or not, the media controls the thinking of a large part of our population; due to peoples lack of initiative to actually research something rather than just trusting reporters.

If you do not agree with the Chinese stop buying from them and supporting their way of life. Remember no more Walmart,Target,Kmart and most other Retailers including some food products and most toys a lot of electronics. I myself, try not to buy items made in foreign countries but it is very hard not to.

Now, remember, trade with other countries (as long as it is "Fair Trade" is a good thing. They get our goods, we get theirs, fair enough. Poor quality goods always seem to abound, even in our own manufacturing. And there is always under the table graft that occurs in any nation. China is in need of selling their goods and I wouldn't mind buying them, if I knew they were under a real FAIR TRADE agreement. But blocking any and all sales, would really hurt the people of China trying to make a pitiful living compared to the money our people make in manufacturing. We are rich. The Chinese people are dirt poor. Lets not block their right to make a living.
But.....when it comes to sex, and other proposals by China, regarding HUMAN RIGHTS - that's all wrong. I agree that XXX is not exactly the sort of thing we want our children to get into, but...China goes too far in trying to control the people by Tryanny. A new form of government is needed in China, but will it happen, not if the leaders of that country can help making sure it doesn't, with more tryanny. Does anyone remember the little saying that Princess Leia said to the General about the tighter you hold the people, the more that will fall through his hands.

I'm happy to see this as I remember how it was living in the 1950's as a child and CHILDREN were CHILDREN and NOT "TWEENS" who are not nothing but 9 year old SLUTS. This is what my mother always said old men would do if they could so young girls would show their asses. Just go to any Mall and see how these 4th and 5th graders dress.
