I agree with your ranting about the rudeness with which romanians dispose of their trash in public places, and I hate it as much as you do. Being Romanian myself, it makes me sad and angry that my co-nationals are so ignorant about how much more beautiful this country would look if it would be cleaner.
I do have to say you are a bit ignorant as well, talking like that about a whole nation. There are people here that try their best to educate the others to not litter, and it takes a lot of patience and work to do so.
In USA, not more than 20 years ago, you have had the same problem, hence the "Don't mess with Texas" or "don't be a litterbug" campaigns. 20 years ago Romania just came out off under communist rule, so it would probably take another 20 years to change the mentality of the nation.
I still have hope...
