I've never stayed at any of the hostels that made the top 10 list. However, I'm thinking that quite a few I've stayed in might qualify for the "10 Worst" list, particularly the one in Switzerland where I was assigned the top of a triple-decker bunkbed surrounded on both sides by other triple-decker bunkbeds---sheer torture after a night drinking beer at the in-hostel bar.
