TSA steals traveler's pudding, leaves him armed with knife

The TSA confiscated my home-made, fresh from the farm, horseradish, wouldn't let me take a taste of it. I'm told it was hot but not life-threatening.
How about applying a little common sense.
If the guy is willing to eat it it's probably ok to carry on!!
