World Airline Awards: The Best Airlines of 2007

Every year at about this time, SKYTRAX–a privately owned British company–releases information gleamed from some 14 million surveys filled out by more than 90 nationalities. The surveys rank every aspect of air travel and the result is the World Airline Awards.

2007 didn’t bring too many surprises; the regular suspects are all at the top of the list like they always are. I was interested to learn, however, that Australian based Jetstar Airways–an airline I’ve never heard of before–beat out some serious competition for the best low-cost airline. I’m certainly going to check them out.
