Bathrooms in China are FILTHY. You have to pay to enter a public bathroom and a man at the door hands you a small amount of toilet paper. It smells terrible when you enter as they never clean them. There is only a hole in the floor and slippery wet floors caused by people who miss the hole. Even the bathrooms in restuants, sight seeing places and in stores are like that. I will say if you stay in a top-notch hotel you will have the finest room and bathroom anywhere in the world.
