Egypt Scare, aka "Inshallah Air," aka, "If God Wills Arilines," is almost MY scariest airline flown, too! Once, just as we were preparing for taxiing, a voice came over the intercom and spoke in Arabic. Then, a woman translated, explaining that the pilot had just had a heart attack and that they were looking for a replacement. *Gulp.* Immediately thereafter, the woman next to me proceeded to slide all the flatware into her purse. Nice time.
I spent 3 weeks in Namibia in 1999, and it was wonderful. I loved the open, open expanses. We camped in the dunes and stared across endless salt pans. Magical.
I also spent 2 weeks in Zim in 2001. It was rotten then, too.
Anyway, welcome aboard!
