Where to Savor Wine
A friend just sent me a link to A Fine Living Hub. I think it's where people network about various topics. One topic forum that caught my attention was, "If you could drink a glass of wine anywhere..." Various people have offered up their favorite wine drinking spots. I've included their wine recommendations if they offered one.
- Fire & Ice in Lake Tahoe. Suggested wine--Pinot Noir
- Josh's at Horizon Casino in Lake Tahoe
- The French Riviera. Suggested wine--Bourdeaux
- Tuscany in Italy
- Brancott Vineyards in the Marlborough Region of New Zeland. Suggested wine- Sauvignon Blanc
- Newport, Rhode Island. Suggested wine--Barolo in Barolo, a Soave
- Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Suggested wine--Coppolo Rosso
- Cinque Terre region in Italy (The photo was taken in Monterosso al Mar in this region.)

Bordeaux on the Riviera? Oh, no! One of those lovely dry roses from Provence, served cool on a terrace overlooking the sea.
