the porsche is a project car, was never used and never will be used.
the lamborghini is a also a project car, never used and never will be.
there's actually a lamborghini in italy for highway enforcement donated by lamborghini. it has extra organ donor equipment in case helicopter or planes can't make a run due to bad weather...

In the case of Madrid, you are wrong. That's not a police car. That is the car used by the stuff that controls parking times and so.
