Of the seven choices for the new Seven Wonders of the World, Brazil's Christ the Redeemer is the least deserving to be on the list (so goes the saying "One of these things is not like the other; one of these things is not quite the same."). If it weren't for a concerted effort by the Brazilian government and media, Christ the Redeemer would not be on the list. This just goes to show you what a little bit of unfair sportsmanship can accomplish.
