Beware of Renetto. I ordered a canopy chair from Renetto. I noticed the website did not have a contact phone number so I immediately asked via email for it to be provided. I wanted to verify the delivery would be made in the stated number of days. After 2 emails and 5 days, I received a phone call - the order had yet to be shipped! It was supposed to have gone out within 48 hrs per the president. He promised to have it sent that day for delivery in 3 days. Didn't happen. When I tried to get a hold of "customer service", or Steve Tinto (alleged President), I could not get a return phone call. I sent an email, and it took 2 days for him to respond. His emails were cryptic, and rambling. He quoted A. Lincoln [you can't please all of the people, all of the time.] Just kept repeating the quote. Never answered my questions.
This company is a two bit operation consisting of one guy who is unprofessional, irresponsible, and inmature. You'd be better off going to Target or Walmart and buying Kelsyus (same chair.) Steve Tinto/Renetto can not be trusted to provide even the most basic customer service. I had to contact my credit card holder to dispute the charges before this operator posted my refund.

This lady is crazy crazy crazy. LOL. Love my chairs. Bought some years ago and still have them. Bought 4 more believe it or not right after reading this. They were running a free shipping for a limited time and I missed it. Wrote to customer support, and someone called me right back and gave me the free shipping anyway.I've got one more quote for this woman. Believe none of what you hear and half of what you see.

Hmmmmmm. We have actual and factual documentation that proves a full 100% refund within 24 hrs. We have actual merchant services documentation that no dispute was made nor necessary for said full and immediate refund. We have full documentation and facts to support that Renetto LLC is a Maryland Company established in 1995 with offices located in Md, Ohio and Arizona.
We have products that are our own inventions (a USA company by the way) and patented by us. Our products have been written up in National magazines all over the world for their outstanding quality and customer service, and The Canopy Chair was recently on "The View". Our products are sold all over in large retail stores throughout the USA and other locations all over the world under the Kelsyus logo. And our number is 888-RENETTO (736-3886). Our point: This "unsatisfied customer" has stated vicious lies intended to decieve the readers and frankly can be held libel. This blogger does not own and has never owned a Renetto product, hence "customer" is an inappropriate title.
All of our products offer full replacement guarantees as opposed to short term warranties and with our products. You will always receive a personal touch to your service. Hence, this deceptive bloggers vicious attacks at us for being a small company; Last time we checked small business is the very foundation this great country has been founded on.

A few years ago I bought two canopy chairs at a farmers market in Reno. We liked out chairs so much that we had them ship a set to my parents in Florida (now you know their age range and state of mind - retired people, got to love them). Anyways we had a part failure on one of our original chairs. It appears that some bad product was sold to Renetto. I dropped them an email expecting the typical run around, but instead got a very cheerful response. "send us a picture and we will send you a replacement". It took me a week or two to whip out the trusty iPhone but shortly after I sent them a photo, I got a brand spank'n new chair! Why can more companies stand behind their product like that? Just this past week the second chair had a similar failure and what do you know - I just got a shipment notification. The team at Renetto rocks.

I read this "unsatisfied customer" review on here and frankly it originally made me a bit hesitant to buy a Renetto canopy chair. That was disturbing to me as I have seen the store version as opposed to the majority of the canopy chairs that we see at all of our car shows which is the Renetto brand , and the only one I wanted after seeing the thousands of canopy chairs that show up at these events are the Renetto because the quality was so much better. However, this person made me think twice about the order. I bit the bullet and went ahead and placed the order (one of the new Turquoise to match our custom car and a black to match the trim , very hot!!! :-) )
I must say that I cannot express my happiness enough in the service I received and the quality of the chairs!!! in fact my anger is directed at this blogger titled "unsatisfied customer", who was so malicious and deceitful in her comments that I cannot imagine the number of people that may have read this ridiculous review and lost out on the opportunity to have such a great product. The site very clearly stated "ships in 3 to 5 business days" and the chairs were shipped out within the first 3 days. I wrote an email to info@renetto.com to inquire about changing the shipping location for my chairs, as I had left for vacation, and immediately I received a response from a customer service rep. I was asked to email a contact number as I was told that there could be longer hold times at the 888-RENETTO number and they wanted to ensure that my situation was handled immediately. I received a call within 10 minutes and NOT ONLY did Renetto reroute my package for me by contacting UPS and changing addresses , but they also paid the fee UPS charges to do this, with no charge to me at all! I decided later on to search any and reviews for Renetto and the only negative person that has written anything negative across the entire internet was this very same person. She writes the same thing to 2 different spots that have high ratings for these products and it has become painfully clear that this one individual is down right mean nasty and malicious with an obvious "ax to grind". I can tell you that every single person in our car club and at the auto shows have nothing but positive things to say about their chairs and their experiences with Renetto.
Trust me , I am a very happy Renetto (and real) customer as are everyone else I know with Renetto canopy chairs and you will be remiss to let 1 crackpot deter you from the tons of other happy customers that this company has.

Chairs purchased from renetto.com are the best quality canopy chairs on the market. This is obviously an amazing product as there are scores of imitators and knock-offs scattered across the country and web (for the record the Kelsyus chairs are the same design, but not the same quality). I am a regional manager (Midwest) and assure you that Renetto is not a 'two bit' operation. Unfortunately, the above customer seems to have a personal vendetta against one of the owners and has posted this same comment on numerous sites. Thank you for your comment.

Shari, we can send you thousands of customers you could contact yourself that will provide you with excellent information regarding our fantastic customer service and quality products. You will usually find as with this "unnamed" source that the very rare and small percentage of consumers who are unable to get their needs filled and are unhappy (as with all retailers by the way) , find these forums to negatively affect other people's wonderful experiences.

Love this chair. We own many Canopy chairs and now the brand new footrest is so cool. I have bought these for all of my family as gifts. Had 1 issue one time with a plastic piece and a brand new chair showed up 3 days later!!! WOW, what service.
Everyone at the soccer filed has them now and love them.
I shopped the store version of their chair, not as nice or quality. I know this is theirs too, but I just like the Renetto brand better.

"I recently ordered the new Renetto beach chair. This chair is amazing and very comfortable. Everyone at the beach loved it. I learned of their outstanding products in Mens Journal and the Washington Post. Now I know why they won product of the year. I needed the chairs to get to me before me trip and was amazed that I received a phone call to tell me they paid for expedited shipping just to make sure I had them. GREAT COMPANY!!!!!!!"

I had a bad experience with this company's "customer service". Can't comment on the chair itself, but was disappointed with the service.
It says something about the company that someone would call-out a customer by name. Not very professional. Also, the positive comments sound like commercials - gotta wonder.

The only comments that I believe in this blog are the ones from the unsatisfied customers. I believe the others are ALL written by the company. Why? because ,usually, only the POd people take the time to comment and the "happy camper" comments in this blog are just too happy, satisfied and long winded for me to believe. Funny thing, in one response, the Renneto guy actually says, that their chairs are, " sold at large retail stores under the "KELSYUS" logo." The same chair, is sold at Wallmart he claims. He doesn't say that they are in any way different. However, they only cost $39 at Wallmart and you can take it back ,(right down the street), if it breaks .

Hello I am actually a real customer I purchased the purple renetto canopy chair I had an issue with the chair unraveling at the seam went to the website because my chair is under warranty sent and email received an email back amazingly from a Steve tinto saying he was out if town will contact me shortly I received a call a week or so later mr Steve tinto from a 414 area code and said to send him a picture to his email so he can have for a manufacturer defect and he will send another chair I did so the next day this was in July I had called back the same number that called me and left messages since there is number on the website I have also emailed the site again and I have an actual email stating Steve tinto name I very disappointed because my chair is no longer usable and I have had no luck trying to get my replacement if this is the actual renetto chair company responding to reply on this website I would appreciate a someone to try to resolve this issue for me.

Dear Sirs,
About 4 months ago I bought 2 of your chairs at the Southtowne Home Show in Utah. We were told how durable and great these chairs were and my son plays baseball and we thought it would be a good chair to buy to keep us out of the son and it was an all in one chair. We have told a lot of people about these chairs. We bought 2 of them a blue one and a green one and after about 2 times using the green one it started to rip out the eyelets and the rivet ripped out of the arm. The gromets were made out of rubber and they just ripped. We were told there was a warranty on them can we send this chair back and get a new one? We love the chairs and the blue has held up great!
