your post is impeccably well-timed. ang and i are in California at a conference about adaptive equipment available to help "differently-abled" folks be more active. there are so many amazing things out here: from kayaks and bikes to climbing equipment...to name but a few. i sure hope things improve in China - not only before the olympics, but also before the paralympics! or perhaps the paralympics will improve China and their perception of differently-abled life.
