I have been to most of the cities on that list. I too could not believe that New Orleans wasn't on the top of the list! Try an August afternoon in NO before one of those semi cooling muggy 5 minute rains come off the ocean. About an hour after that shower is one of the most miserable and humid times i have ever spent. And I love that city!!!
