Too bad the execution is so bad because it's a great idea. I wish more towns and cities and businesses, both in the U.S. and abroad, would invest a bit more in public facilities. It's hard to enjoy a visit somewhere or even think about shopping if the whole time you're trying to find a place to pee!
(There's no public restroom at http://crankyfitness.blogspot.com either, but it's only a weird little health and fitness blog with no budget for such things).
