Sanza is how you pronounce the fruit in Chinese referred as HAW. It is nuturitious and is reportedly help lower blood pressure, etc. I do not know the details... If we eat cherry with pits... this is about the same... I do not see anything unsual...
Eating real delicasee of Bear Claw will be... I heard right hand costs more than the left (assume bears are right handed)...
