That hamburger haw is actually just hawthorn fruit pulped and dried into slabs. You can buy "haw candy" as well which is smaller thinner round pieces of pulped and dried hawthorn fruit. My daughter loves snaking on haw candy and is a great alternative to sugar filled candy.
