Ah, Yellowstone. If ever there is a place that conjures up the American West. And what could be more appropriate for a shot of Yellowstone than a buffalo. I understand that the buffalo are undergoing a resurgence in Wyoming and Montana, thanks in large part to people like Ted Turner (who sells their meat). And for that we should all be glad. Of course, when you hear the stories about how many buffalo there USED to be, well, that just brings a tear to your eye. But enough pontificating. Here's a lovely shot from fiznatty at Yellowstone Lake.
