Strange Sign: What Does It Mean?

-sel- snapped a photo of this strange sign. What's it mean?

I think it means either:

No picnics near sharp objects.
Do not ride magic carpet with holes.
No walking on hot coals.

What do you think?

To Nick: I don't think it was so much to ask what it really meant as much as offer a space for people to get creative, funny, cute, etc. and use their imagination, which they have, I laughed a lot reading everyone's comments. I think it really means something like soft, crumbly shoulder, don't walk on it, but like I said, I don't think that was the point.
