Strange Sign: What Does It Mean?

-sel- snapped a photo of this strange sign. What's it mean?

I think it means either:

No picnics near sharp objects.
Do not ride magic carpet with holes.
No walking on hot coals.

What do you think?

I'm pretty sure it's a warning not to stand on a roof. Good advice in the winter, when there's snow and ice on it.
