Beaten to it (congrats, Tim).
FWIW, the photo was taken in the western parking lot.

More specifically, spanning the Will Rogers Turnpike, I-44 NEAR Vinita, Oklahoma!

The World’s Largest McDonalds is located on the Will Roger’s Turnpike (I-44) near the Vinita exit. It is easily accessible from the City of Vinita; there is no need to enter on to the turnpike. This monstrous structure, spans over a four-lane highway, and covers 29, 135 square feet.
(from: http://www.vinita.com/events/attract-mus-events.htm) took me 2 minutes via google :)

Awww, late to the party this week. Other tidbits about the McDonalds over I-44 in Oklahoma: Originally built by Conoco, it is owned by the Turnpike Authority and leased to the concession. Several sources indicate that it was the first restaurant facility constructed over a public highway in the U.S. It is no longer the world's largest McDonalds. Supposedly, restaurants in Beijing, Moscow, and Orlando are larger.

Looks like Hell to me.

Justin, get your geography right on your top ten smoking countries article. While you are correct that Japan is not part of Europe, you are incorrect that the remaining nine ARE part of Europe. Russia is part of Asia. Any third grader knows (or should know)that.
Frank May 24th 2007 11:15AM
Steve, you’re an idiot. It is widely accepted that Russia is considered part of Europe—at least up until the Ural Mountains. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_Russia

Steve, your enlightning comments on Russia had little to do with McDonalds in Oklahoma. Or was it because of my guess of Moscow. BTW, what grade school do you go to?
