I've tried all of these sites and run into the same problem with each of them - they give you the "as the crow flies" midpoint and not the actual midpoint of the route you'd take. Obviously if I am trying to meet up with someone I'm going to drive the quickest route possible (i.e., interstate) and not go over a mountain on backroads out of the way to get to the exact middle. I know you can often drag the midpoint, but I wish they would just calculate the driving directions between the two points first, then come up with the midpoint of that route!
