The silhouette is of a Piper Pawnee or maybe an Air Tractor. Both are used in glider towing, banner towing and crop dusting. Crop dusters pull low altitude steep 180 degree turns at the end of fields to dust the next row. It is easy to envision such a plane hitting a car after making a pass.
But, I can see the line from the plane to the car might be a hook. That's how they banner tow and just before they pick up, those hooks are dangling down at least 10 feet from the plane. It's easy to imagine one catching a car. Bad for both.
