I wish Gadling had thought of this: Brave New Traveler is running a travel-photo contest that puts a spin on travel photography. Rather than spotlight the beautiful, the natural, or the cultural, BNT wants travelers to share their most hilarious travel images. The person with the hilarious-est shots will receive a copy of Lonely Planet Travel Photography: A Guide To Taking Better Pictures.
To participate, you must choose 5 of your knee-slappin’-est travel photos and publish them in a single blog post before midnight on Sunday April 22, 2007. There are a few other rules, too, but you can check them out for yourself, if you’re interested in participating.
I can’t wait to see the finalists.
