Where on Earth, Week 3
I spent Y2K about 50 feet from this sign. Though we didn't see any hippos while in the area, we did hear them snorting occasionally at night. Where on Earth could this be?!

...gets dark at 5 so near the equator..
Lake Victoria, maybe Bukoba in Tanzania?
