But the imitation falcon can not fly and kill pigeons. Liverpool needs to get about 100 live falcons and put them on the roof in cages and everyday have a handler let them out of their cage for breakfast, lunch and dinner. After they have eaten their fill of pigeon meat they will come back to their cages. In about 1 month there will be no more problems with pigeons,because they will find somewhere else to live.
