Well we don't have these yet in Korea but it wouldn't surprise me! Co-ed toilets are not uncommon. At my uni. the professor's washroom is for both, and the males think nothing of using the urinals instead of stall. I think it took me about 8 months to realized that males and females shared, and I was so embarrassed to walk in on a Korean professor doing his thing at the urinal! I seldom use that bathroom anymore!
