Just for the sake of accurate reporting: The MSNBC article does NOT state that they were having unprotected sex. It just says they had sex. No reference to condoms is made at all. Besides, who would validate the accusation of unprotected sex? Did someone catch them in the act and notice, "Oh, hey! Ralph's not wearing a rubber!"
