Top Party Beaches

Wow, it's almost Spring Break. I'm not complaining -- I'll be glad to see the snow and ice gone for a while. What better way to kick off the start of Summer with a trip to a non-stop party beach?

The folks over at On The Beach have compiled a list of what they believe are the top beach party vacation resorts, and I can't say I disagree with them. While I fancy a more subdued Spring Break these days, you simply can't deny the power of sun, sand, spirits and students. Depending on your budget, you could find yourself sipping fruity drinks as close as Florida or as far as Thailand. Here's some of the best-of-the-best:
