Jet Blue Apologizes
JetBlue, my favorite airline, is still dealing with the fallout from from a snowstorm that forced hundreds of canceled and delayed flights. But it looks like they are apologizing. Which is nice. All last Saturday and Sunday JetBlue flights were canceled in and out of 11 airports including Richmond, Pittsburgh, Charlotte and Raleigh/Durham, N.C.; Jacksonville, Fla.; Austin and Houston, Texas; Columbus, Ohio; Nashville; Portland, Me.; and Bermuda. Ouch. And today, the CEO said he was sorry and that they would be giving a free round-trip flight anywhere Jet Blue flies.
