first off, it is not bootlegging because if you are flying, there is no way to be paying whatever state you are in. which is why when you fly 1st class, the drinks are free and they can serve them while you are still at the gate, and coach doesnt because they have to pay for it, until they are in flight. dont believe me read a law book. my dad is also an airline pilot and im working on my pilots licence too.
