Ribbons and ID tags help, for sure, BUT....it all boils down to PEOPLE NOT DOING THEIR JOBS!!!

I have a relative who is an airline pilot and his own family "lost" their luggage on a non-stop flight.

PEOPLE ARE JUST NOT DOING THEIR JOBS!
