Here’s a great shot by Hoot1 of Palette Spring, part of the amazing Mammoth Hot Springs in Yellowstone National Park. Hoot1 describes the springs as “a cave turned inside out” in which calcium carbonate, algae, and hot water combine to give off some pretty remarkable colors. Good job Hoot1!
