I have been to all but Puerto Rico. Canada is by far my favorite, and in my opinion the easiest country in which to travel for English-speaking Americans. Canada has sooooo much to offer the outdoor enthusiast, the history buff, the chow hound, and so on, yet so many Americans don't bother visiting their cousin to the north. It's sad. I was at a birthday party for a 90 year old woman who lives in Illinois, USA, over the weekend and she boasted about all her travels and ended with "but I never went to Canada". She missed the best place.
