If I hear one more time about Richard Branson and space travel, I'll eat my computer.
Will someone just tell the man to get his train line sorted out before he sets foot in space? The Virgin West Coast lines, especially London to Glasgow, have one of the worst records for cancellations (for the slightest reason), dreadful delays, dirty trains and bad food or, even worse, no food at all for long sections of the route. The scheduled journey is four to five hours, but can often be longer with delays. The fares are also appallingly high and it's often cheaper to fly to Glasgow or Manchester. Unfortunately, I can't fly if I want to travel on that line to the Lake District.
Space travel, my arse.
