Just after Christmas is the time of year I usually disappear into some tropical vacation. If I were to blog about this, the posts would read something like… “Ate, slept, read, swam, lay out, ate, slept. Repeat.”
This year I’m thinking of going to Mexico with my girlfriend and am reaching out to our Gadling readers for some suggestions. We are looking for a remote resort, away from the crowds, with a fantastic beach, clear blue waters, and great food. Not too much to ask, is it?
