Visiting all Five Disney Parks
If you've ever been to Disneyland and suffered through the "It's a Small World" sing-along, you know what it feels like to really want to strangle someone.
Multiply this experience five times and you will begin to understand what a group of Australians managed to accomplish recently.
Members of the Down Under Disneyana Club each forked out $4,661 for a round-the-world tour of all five Disney parks. The month long trip passed through Anaheim (site of the original Disneyland), Tokyo, Hong Kong, Paris, and Orlando.
Man, that's a whole lot of Mickey!
Apparently fun was had by all and no strangulations were reported.
I'm not sure the same could have been said had I been on the trip.

I must be a grump because on a whole I absolutely can't stand disneyland and hate going there. To me its like punishment and this song especially pokes my ear drums out.

Whenever we go, all three generations have a blast, for an entire week plus. Not many other vacation spots offer that.
I have to say that after going to Disneyworld, Disneyland was a bit of a let down. I've often wondered how the other three stacked up.

akl168 you may be interested in the trip reports from those that did the tour (available off the front page of the club web site site). It may be a bit of shameless self promotion since I'm the club web master but you'll certainly find the report on Disneyland Paris interesting.
